Illustration & Game Art

Illustration and game art are my key competences. While working as an artist on different projects for several game companies I gathered lots of experience in this field. In my free time I enjoy painting fan arts and portraits. I can offer different art styles, depending on the needs of your project. Exploring new art styles offers a lot of fun to me and this clearly influences my portfolio. It's colorful and versatile.
Usually, I'm working with Photoshop and a Wacom tablet.

Illustration und Game Art sind meine Hauptdisziplinen. Sowohl durch die Anstellung bei mehreren Firmen der Branche, als auch durch meine selbstständige Tätigkeit, habe ich mir einen wertvollen Erfahrungsschatz angeeignet.
Privat zeichne und male ich am liebsten Fan Arts und Portraits. Ich beherrsche verschiedne Stile, je nachdem was das Projekt erfordert. Neues ausprobieren und gestalterisches Auszutoben bereitet mir größte Freude und das zeigt auch mein Portfolio. Bunt und vielseitig.
Die meisten Arbeiten entstehen in Photoshop und mit Hilfe eines Wacom Grafiktabletts.

Voxel Art 3D

My first steps going into 3D. Voxels are a great tool to combine clear design with illustration – the perfect thing for me. It helps to concept a quick idea of scenes and architecture. Despite that it just makes so much fun to create and playing around with it.

Character Designs

I enjoy character design pretty much. The characters I create, have an unique style and expression that gives an idea of how the figure behaves and acts. In my opinion, the key to a good design is to provide a view about their personality. 

ORWELL: Ignorance is Strength (Osmotic Studios)

Ignorance is Strength is the second season of the popular politcal thriller Orwell by the indie developer Osmotic Studios, releasing Feb. 2018.

The game places the player in the shoes of a government official in a top-secret department of the Orwell program. A political crisis has arisen across borders, threatening to plunge The Nation and Parges into violent civil unrest.

Mobile game logos

Some logos I made for mobile games while working at Tivola Publishing, that were published in the Apple App Store, Google Play Store and Amazon Store.

SCHERBENWERK - Bruchteil einer Ewigkeit

Scherbenwerk is a game project that was born during my time at university (HAW Hamburg). It was the Master project we worked on in a team of five students. It won several awards, including German Computer Game Award for best Newcomer. For more information please take a look at the Scherbenwerk homepage.
